British Association of Removers
Fox Moving and Storage is a member of The British Association of Removers which is t he largest established & most recognised Trade Association for the removals industry in the UK. It aims to be the guardian of professional standards for the benefit of its members and their customers.

Fox is also a member of the Overseas Group of the BAR which is a specialist division catering for those companies such as Fox, who carry out a large numbers of International Removals. We have the benefit of information and assistance from Overseas Group Members around the world, to make our customers removals as smooth and trouble free as possible.

FIDI

FAIM
FAIM (Fidi Accredited International Mover) is a unique quality accreditation which ensures that an international moving company has a commitment to providing a total quality service. It differs from other widely accepted standards such as ISO, in that it is geared specifically to the international moving industry
Fox is proud to have passed the strict auditing process and is dedicated to maintaining the highest service standards for the benefit of its International customers. Fox aims to use FAIM accredited agents worldwide where possible.
OFT
Fox Moving and Storage has signed up to the BAR Code of Practice which covers private domestic removals within the UK.
The Code has been drawn up by the British Association of Removers in association with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and has successfully achieved full OFT approval under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
The Code sets out the standards that all BAR members must comply with in respect of customer service, fair trading, advertising and complaint handling and full compliance with the Code is mandatory upon all members of the Association. Its purpose is to maintain and, where necessary, raise standards of practice to ensure that our customers receive the most efficient and trouble-free move possible.We will be pleased to provide a copy of the full Code upon request and it can also be found at www.bar.co.uk/BAR_Code_of_Practice.aspx. We particularly draw your attention to Clause 6.6 relating to pre-payments and deposits and clause 3 relating to cancellations.
