Commercial & Office Removals Crate Hire and Equipment

commercial_moving_Moving_Office When moving offices, you will need to arrange for all small items, desk contents and files etc to be packed into purpose designed crates prior to transport.

Our customers usually prefer to have crates in advance of the removal to pack and label their own paperwork etc.

We will quote for and provide crates and containers for every need, including security seals and lidded crates. Our branches carry a range of labels, packing materials and cartons as well as specialist equipment including roll cages, trolleys and protective covers to ensure that the relocation is carried out to the highest standards.

Computers and IT equipment will be protected by anti-static bubble-wrap and packed into special crates ready for moving by our staff or IT specialists.

Commercial & Office Services - Archive & Document Storage

Many companies have a requirement to keep copies of files in a different location and every company has to keep records and documents for a period of years.

Our archiving and records management service provides safe and secure storage away from your main place of work, which can be accessed by arrangement. This is proving to be an important service for our commercial clients. It releases valuable office space and provides an excellent off-site backup for damage limitation in case of fire or other disaster.

We can provide standard sized archive cartons to contain all your paperwork and files which can be purchased directly from our branches to enable your records to be managed more effectively.
