How it works...

The first step in any move is to figure out what’s going and what’s staying, and accurately assess your individual requirements. In order to achieve this, you’ll be provided with your very own move coordinator who will handle everything for you, from beginning to end.

We believe communication and planning is crucial to any move, and as a result, it makes perfect sense that you’re able to speak to the same person whenever you need to discuss the details of your move or make any changes to the plans.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, your personal move coordinator will visit your home to carry out what’s called a “pre-move survey”. During this visit, they will talk you through the entire moving process, explaining everything you need to know, from collection, packing, delivery and unloading, to expected timescales and insurance options. After this, an easy-to-understand written quotation will be sent to you, including a breakdown of all the costs involved.
